NB Our BackOffice Department will start the process of your withdrawal request within one business day, if the requirements indicated in the Service Agreement and Appendices are met. However, refund times may vary, depending on the payment method used.

If you have open positions at the time your withdrawal request is being processed, your withdrawable balance may be affected. A withdrawal request that cannot be completed due to insufficient funds will be rejected. When your request is rejected, if you wish to proceed with the withdrawal, please submit a new withdrawal request within the limits of your withdrawable balance.

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to incomplete documentation or internal procedures of your bank. Bank fees are the result of the wire transfer execution and are not charged by us. However, the respective sending or correspondent banks may apply fees depending on their internal structure.
